Planning/controlling
- Preparation of annual integrated business planning including all sub-plans (sales, personnel, investment/financial planning, debt service planning, costs, short/medium term liquidity) for the group and subsidiaries (German and English)
- Creation/controlling of default probability forecasts/development of credit rating by means of an S&P Capital IQ license, integration of adjustments into business planning and into the preparation of the annual balance sheet
- Creation of monthly bank/stakeholder management reports (German and English)
